Mortimer | Monster Mashups Series 1

Mortimer has guarded the same sunken doorway for three hundred years, despite having forgotten what’s behind it. He takes the position seriously: looming at visitors, polishing his horns, and curling a tentacle across the entrance whenever anyone gets curious. A passing crab recently suggested he try the handle. Mortimer has asked him to keep his opinions to himself.
